Shan Lin Xi is one of our favorite Taiwanese terroirs and we are very excited to have this limited production from one of the best tea finishers in Taiwan. The single roast gives only the faintest whiff of toasted wood to this oolong that presents as creamy on the nose and in the mouth with the expected notes of white flowers that often express themselves in this terroir. Finishing sweet and clear with notes of stone fruit, this beautiful Single Roast Shan Lin Xi is one to savor over multiple resteeps.
