To preserve the delicate flavors and aromas, store your tea in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight, moisture, and strong odors. We recommend keeping it in the airtight tins or resealable pouches provided.
Is your honey raw and unfiltered?
Yes, all Saratoga Tea & Honey Co. honeys are raw and minimally filtered. This ensures that the natural enzymes, pollen, and unique floral notes remain intact for the best possible quality and health benefits.
What is your shipping policy for fragile glass items?
We take great care in packaging our honey jars and glassware. All orders are shipped via carbon-neutral methods and are insured. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on location and are calculated at checkout.
Can I return tea or honey products if I don't like the taste?
Due to the perishable nature of our products and food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened tea or honey. However, we offer sample sizes for most teas so you can try them before committing to a larger quantity.
