Join us virtually to learn which herbs are essential for supporting a mother-to-be or a mama-of-many.
In this class, you will learn about the health benefits of herbal teas for preconception, fertility health, pregnancy, and postpartum health. This class will provide you the foundational knowledge of which beneficial herbs and their properties, can best nourish and support both your body and mind in this thing we call, motherhood.
Class will be led by Barbara Biagioli, CHC.
Barb is a board certified holistic health coach and nutrition consultant who received her nutrition training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2014. She works with women and families to improve their health by enhancing their habits; and specializes in supporting women through fertility, conception, pregnancy and postpartum.
Class size is limited to 12 and will fill up quickly. Each sign-up will receive an email with a zoom link and 3 tins of herbal tea for brewing; shipping is included in the ticket price.
To participate in the class, all youāll need is your favorite cup of herbal tea, a notepad, and a pen. See you for teatime, from the comfort of your couch!
