Banh Dau Xanh from Dragon Kyanh are little cakes of mung bean flour, sugar and soybean oil from northern Vietnam.  The texture is delicate and the flavor is nutty and reminiscent of the inside of a peanut butter cup. 

Addictively wonderful, they come in small packs and are cubed for savoring each bite.  Traditionally these cakes are enjoyed after a sip of a robust green tea, such as our Tan Huong, but we invite you to pair it with any tea you enjoy.
